Terms and Conditions

 Program Location: Mérida

• A $500 USD per person deposit is required to secure your space.
• The remaining balance (if applicable to your selected package or add-ons) will be invoiced within 48 hours of receiving your deposit.
• The final balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
• Spaces are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once both the completed registration form and deposit are received.

Accommodation & Payment Policy

Guests reserving a single-occupancy room are required to pay the full retreat balance at the time of booking.

For double-occupancy and triple-occupancy accommodations, a deposit may be made to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due according to the retreat payment schedule.

If you are traveling alone and select a shared room option, we will thoughtfully match you with a compatible roommate. Every effort is made to create a comfortable and enjoyable shared accommodation experience.

• Deposits are fully refundable within 24 hours of booking.
• After 24 hours, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Non-refundable payments may be applied as a credit toward a future experience offered by the organizer within 12 months of the original retreat date (subject to availability).

The retreat fee does not include:

• Airfare
• Leisure transportation in and around Mérida not specifically outlined on the retreat page
• Daily meals outside of those specified in the program details
• Activities or excursions not explicitly listed in the retreat itinerary

While we provide a high level of care and attention to detail throughout the program, participants are responsible for additional personal arrangements and discretionary activities.

• Registrations may be transferred to another participant with written notice at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date.
• Any price differences for future programs or transfers are the responsibility of the participant.

• The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary, schedule, or facilitators if necessary.
• In the unlikely event the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of payments made.

• Participants are responsible for their own flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses.
• The retreat offers experiential, cultural, and creative programming and does not provide legal, financial, or advice.

By submitting your registration form and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
